On October 16-17, in Riyadh, in partnership with the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA), CLDP supported the launch of the world’s first Arabic Arbitration Moot (AAM) by hosting a two-day training session that provided Saudi students with the necessary legal skills, tools, and resources to compete in the Moot. AAM is an educational platform that engages students, academia, and practitioners to promote the use of international commercial arbitration in the Middle East. Its aim is to initiate the use of clinical legal education, develop Arabic legal scholarship, and improve the capacity of the next generation of Arabic speaking arbitration specialist in the region. The program was conducted on the margins of the SCCA’s 2^nd Annual International Arbitration Conference.
