On March 1-5, CLDP led a delegation from Sri Lanka to the P3C Conference in Dallas, which is the largest conference on Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) in the United States. CLDP worked with the conference organizer, the Association for the Improvement of American Infrastructure, to schedule meetings on the side of the conference to discuss current obstacles in the Sri Lankan context.
