Tunisia: CLDP Trains Lawyers on the Legal and Institutional Aspects of Franchising

On June 21, CLDP, in collaboration with Tunisia’s Ministry of Commerce, Competition Council, and the Tunisian Bar Association, organized a one-day workshop in Tunis on the legal and institutional aspects of franchising. The event was attended by over 70 Tunisian lawyers and focused on raising their awareness of best practices in contractual techniques, aiming to increase capacity to conclude franchise contracts, avert litigation, or quickly resolve commercial disputes to foster SME growth in the sector.
