Given the challenges facing the Tunisian economy, the U.S. Embassy in Tunisia and the MOJ have concluded consultations in the U.S. on “Law and Economics” for a small team of judges from a “think tank” of the MOJ called CEJJ (Centre d’Etudes Juridiques et Judiciaires) for the purpose of enabling CEJJ to better contribute to the modernization of the Tunisian economy, and, as importantly, would bolster initiatives to expand the Rule of Law in Tunisia.
