CLDP hosted a webinar in partnership with By hand Consulting to increase the export preparedness of artisans in Tunisia. The presentation focused on how the U.S. market for global handmade products has been impacted by COVID-19. During this time of uncertainty, the path forward may be unclear for many small businesses. This webinar helps local artisans understand changes in demand of U.S. businesses that are within their target markets, highlight brands that are innovating and excelling despite market challenges, and outline simple ways to stay connected to customers by using impactful messaging. The webinar was 60-90 minutes long.
