On December 10 – 12, CLDP, in cooperation with the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA), will host a Women’s Legal Workshop on Negotiation and Mediation to a group of 35 distinguished female lawyers and legal professionals.  Participants were selected through a rigorous application process, conducted by SCCA, which received over 500 applications.  The workshop will be the first of its kind in providing customized legal skills training in negotiation and mediation.  During the workshop, participants will engage in extensive simulations, case studies, and role play, aimed to provide practical exposure to the process of negotiation and mediation of commercial and non-commercial transactions.  Given the amount of interest and demand for legal workshops for women, SCCA has requested that CLDP conduct a series of workshops to address various legal topics that will empower women legal practitioners in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
