CLDP's Iraq team conducted a three-day seminar in Paris that brought together a group of key Iraqi decision-makers to explore how Iraq can develop the legal infrastructure to enforce arbitral awards under the New York Convention. The seminar was conducted in close collaboration with U.S. Embassy Baghdad, the International Chamber of Commerce and the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development. The goal of the seminar is to help Iraq become a signatory of the New York Convention.
