On September 20-24, CLDP will be conducting interviews with various Albanian government agencies to craft an assessment of gaps in foreign direct investment (FDI), procurement, and tech procurements. Additionally, CLDP will present to Post an assessment of legislation on untrusted vendors in other E.U. countries in order to assist Albania with reform of its own laws as it attempts to protect itself from untrusted vendors in critical infrastructure. The overall goal of the project is to assist Albania with reform of FDI, procurement, or tech procurement related laws so that Albania may protect itself from untrusted vendors and increase economic security.
