CLDP, in collaboration with the Bahrain Ministry of Justice and the Saudi Arabia Bankruptcy Commission, will conduct a workshop for trustees in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia with presentations from U.S. Trustees as well as UK Office Holders, who have a role similar to U.S. Trustees. This program will increase the capacity of trustees in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia to effectively and efficiently manage asset liquidation, improving the recovery of investments by U.S. and other investors in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. The United States remains one of the largest foreign investors in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia and this program will help better protect those assets.
