CLDP will conduct a workshop, on Corporate Governance in State-Owned Enterprises, on December 19-20, 2024, in Yerevan, Armenia. The workshop will aim to raise awareness among government owners and the management and boards of SOEs of the unique risks of corruption that SOEs face, the role of effective, independent Boards of Directors in guarding against such risks, and the benefits to SOEs and Armenian economy development of improving corporate governance in SOEs generally.
