Laos: International Commercial Arbitration Consultations

On January 21-22, 2025, CLDP will conduct consultations in collaboration with UNCITRAL and the Ministry of Justice of Lao PDR regarding the country's legal framework for international commercial arbitration. The program will be focused on the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration.
