Morocco: CLDP To Hold Follow-up Workshop on Improving Implementation of Bankruptcy Law

On December 13-14, CLDP, in cooperation with the Moroccan judiciary, will conduct a workshop in Marrakech, Morocco on best practices in court supervision of bankruptcy procedures and developing resources to improve implementation. CLDP’s work in in Morocco for the last several years has aimed to incorporate U.S. and international best practices in the bankruptcy framework and help the judiciary finalize a bench book to assist in consistent and predictable application of the provisions of the bankruptcy law.
