CLDP will host a 2-day workshop training with the Philippines Department of Transportation on the implementation of the dispute adjudication board guidelines prepared by White & Case. The program will cover the constitution of dispute boards, the procedure for dispute referral, contractor claims, and other relevant topics outlines in the guidelines. Participants from the Philippines' Public-Private Partnership Center, Office of the Solicitor General, and the Office of the Government Corporate Counsel will also join the training.
