On February 26, 2024, CLDP will conduct a workshop on franchise contract classification with the Central Bank and the Ministry of Commerce and Export Promotion to facilitate the understanding of financial transactions pertaining to international franchises and facilitate their contribution to the economic development of the country.

From February 27-28, 2024, in collaboration with the Tunisian competition authorities, CLDP will organize a workshop on investigating and prosecuting bid-rigging and other anti-competitive practices in public tenders.

On February 29, 2024, CLDP will conduct a workshop on the development of franchise concept for Tunisian entrepreneurs, in collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce to facilitate the creation of new Tunisian franchises.

From March 4-5, 2024, CLDP will conduct a conference in partnership with the High Authority of Public Markets (HAICOP) and experts from GSA on best practices regarding “self-cleaning”, the corrective measures that companies that have been debarred from bidding on public procurement tenders may undertake to regain bidding eligibility.
