On September 13-15, CLDP conducted a workshop for key Ukrainian investors on best practices and crucial steps in bringing international (and in particular U.S.) franchises to Ukraine. Most participants are current Ukrainian franchisees who are interested in expanding their portfolios. The workshop focused on how to conduct market research, do due diligence, present for discovery days and pitch meetings, and other key components of attracting new franchises to Ukraine. This included trainings, interactive exercises, and site visits during the week.
