Conor Cunningham works as an International Program Specialist at the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) in the Office of the General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Commerce. He primarily focuses on Moldova, Ukraine, and Belarus. Prior to joining CLDP, Conor completed an MA in Russian, East European, and Central Asian studies at Harvard University, where he studied information operations in Moldova and the larger Black Sea region. He also received a David L. Boren Scholarship, where he studied Russian in Daugavpils, Latvia, and a Fulbright Research Scholarship in Chisinau, Moldova. Conor received his BA in International Studies at the University of Washington with minors in Russian and French. He speaks Russian and is proficient in Ukrainian, Romanian, and French.
