Grishma Pradhan is an Attorney Advisor-International with the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) in the Office of the General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Commerce, where she works on Asia-Pacific programs. 

Before joining CLDP, Ms. Pradhan worked as Legislative Counsel to U.S. Senator Michael F. Bennet (D-Colorado), where she led the senator’s infrastructure and judiciary policy. Prior to the U.S. Senate, Ms. Pradhan worked as a Staff Attorney at the Asian Pacific American Legal Resource Center where she practiced immigration law, housing law, and domestic violence-related family law. Ms. Pradhan also previously worked as a Disability Rights Attorney at Bay Area Legal Aid, where she assisted individuals in obtaining SSI and SSDI benefits.

Ms. Pradhan graduated from Bates College with a B.A. in Economics. She received her J.D. from Tulane University Law School and is admitted to practice law in Maryland and Washington, D.C.
