Hannah Miller is an International Program Specialist with the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) of the U.S. Department of Commerce Office of the General Counsel. Ms. Miller focuses primarily on programs in the Middle East.

Prior to working with CLDP, Ms. Miller studied Arabic at Qasid Institute in Jordan, as a Boren Scholar at the Arab American Language Institute in Morocco, and as a fellow at the American University in Cairo, Egypt. Throughout her studies abroad, Ms. Miller interned with various organizations focusing on issues such as women’s economic empowerment and gender-based violence.

Ms. Miller received her B.A. in Middle Eastern Studies and Arabic from Brigham Young University. She speaks Levantine, Egyptian, and Modern Standard Arabic.
