International Program Specialist Melinda Zanner is an International Program Specialist with the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP). She works primarily on CLDP’s Pakistan Portfolio and the Central Asia Digital Trade Working Group. Prior to working at CLDP, Ms. Zanner served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Kosovo. During her time there, she worked on education and community development initiatives with local counterparts. Before her time in the Peace Corps, Ms. Zanner worked as a program manger in Waco, Texas, where she developed support programming for first-generation college students. Ms. Zanner received her BA in International Studies from Baylor University, where she studied abroad in Maastricht, Netherlands, and Mendoza, Argentina. She received her MA in International Development, with a focus in post-conflict development from the University of Denver. She speaks Gheg Albanian and intermediate Spanish.
