Pauline Duong

International Program Specialist

Pauline Duong is an International Program Specialist with the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) in the Office of the General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Commerce. As a part of the Asia-Pacific Team, Ms. Duong's portfolio focuses on commercial initiatives and best practices in Southeast Asia. 

Prior to joining CLDP, she was awarded a Fulbright Grant to teach high school students in Quy Nhon, Vietnam. Before her work in international relations and development, her experience included digital marketing, content creation, and project management.

A Houstonian born and raised, Ms. Duong completed her B.A., summa cum laude, in Southern California where she studied Sociology with an emphasis on Gender, Sexuality, and Critical Race theories. Ms. Duong is fluent in Vietnamese and can speak intermediate Japanese.
