Sameh Attia is a Senior International Program Specialist with the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) in the Office of the General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Commerce. Mr. Attia works on the Cyber and Telecommunications Team.

Mr. Attia is a U.S. Veteran prior to joining CLDP and earned his Master of Arts in intelligence studies from the American Military University, and his B.S. from Cairo University in Egypt. He is fluent in Modern Standard Arabic and Egyptian dialect. Mr. Attia was born in Egypt and spent extended periods of his life in the Middle East.
