CLDP organized two workshops on eRegulation in collaboration with the Moroccan National Committee on Business Climate (CNEA). CLDP sponsored a Workshop on Simplifying Procedures in Transfer of Property on February 23, and a Workshop on Simplifying Procedures for Issuing Building Permits on February 24. Both workshops featured best practices from several jurisdictions in Morocco. The workshops aimed to reform, modernize, and harmonize the relevant regulations and procedures throughout Morocco, in order to make it easier for businesses to register and operate. As a result of the workshop, effective solutions were shared and areas for future reform were identified.
