On July 18-22, 2016,  CLDP conducted its 3rd joint Third-Country Training Program (TCTP) course with Singapore’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Civil Service College on Public Procurement.  Thirty-five members from eight ASEAN countries participated in the workshop conducted by CLDP expert, Professor Daniel Gordon of The George Washington University Law School.  Throughout the week, they learned about about best practices in public procurement, including e-procurement, framework agreements, best value, and contract management.  The training also included a site visit to Singapore's sports hub as part the Public-Private Module.
