CLDP and FCS Conduct Alternative Dispute Resolution Consultations with Kuwait Commercial Arbitration Center

On May 17, CLDP and FCS Kuwait met with Dr. Anas Al-Tourah of the Kuwait Commercial Arbitration Centre (KCAC) and representatives of the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) in Kuwait City to discuss future cooperation to improve the legal environment in Kuwait for arbitration. The meeting focused on potential workshops and conferences that CLDP would organize together with KCAC to educate Kuwaiti lawyers, judges and government officials on the importance of international arbitration for Kuwait’s economic development.”
