Workshop on Transparent & Efficient Court Administration (Commercial)

CLDP in collaboration with the Federal Judicial Center (FJC) and the U.S. Embassy Kyiv hosted a Workshop on Transparent & Efficient Commercial Court Administration. The Workshop took place in Kyiv, Ukraine on April 20-22, 2017 and aimed at investigating and recommending for adoption a framework and procedures that meet international best practices for the efficient and transparent management of cases – including witnesses and appeals. CLDP partnered with the Supreme Court of Ukraine, High Council of Justice (HCJ), and Ministry of Economic Development and Trade (MEDT).
