On March 22-24, CLDP was represented by Mr. Brian Pearce and Professor Michael Landau at the 8^th Annual Palestine Public Prosecutors Conference. Pearce and Landau provided key remarks on e-prosecution, focusing on cyber and IP crimes. Conference attendees consisted of over 200 participants, including Palestinian Public Prosecutors, academics, and many international experts. In addition to Pearce and Landau’s direct contribution to the conference, they had extensive discussions with the Attorney General, Dr. Ahmed Barka, about international standards for electronic case management of IP cases. . CLDP was the only US government entity represented in the conference.
