On October 24-25, CLDP, in coordination with the Montenegro Center for Training in Judiciary and State Prosecution, conducted the three-day workshop on the Enforcement of International Sales Contracts for judges and clerks in Tivat, Montenegro. This was the first judicial workshop conducted by CLDP in Montenegro, which was a direct request of U.S. Ambassador Reinke. Judge Bernice Donald of the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. District Court Judge Michael Mills led the program, which focused on the application of the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods and the New York Convention within the Bosnian legal framework.  The workshop, held for 25 participants, aimed to increase the capacity of judges to effectively adjudicate international commercial disputes.
