Saudi Arabia – PPP Contract Provision Standards

CLDP, in close collaboration with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s National Center for Privatization, developed a guide for the international standard for Public Private Partnership contract provisions for the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council. Topics for collaboration included: Benchmarking, Change of Control, Competition/Exclusivity, Dispute Resolution, Force Majeure, Handback, Inflation, Phasing and Expansion, Refinancing, and Termination.
