At the request of the Attorney General's Office of the Maldives, CLDP developed and delivered the first module in a webinar series on infrastructure finance and investment. CLDP’s collaboration with the Maldivian Attorney General’s Office will result in several training modules. The first module focused on topics pertaining to contract drafting including infrastructure contracts and key clauses, International Federation of Consulting Engineers contracts, common contract disputes, and contract negotiation. This is part of CLDP’s ongoing technical assistance under the Infrastructure Transaction and Assistance Network.
