CLDP Conducts Judicial Training on Intellectual Property Rights

On April 27, 2022, CLDP led a training on the basic tenants of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) for judges in Azerbaijan in coordination with U.S. Embassy Baku, the Azerbaijan Justice Academy, and USPTO. CLDP’s virtual program was a refresher on the basics of IP in preparation for an extensive workshop for the judges to take place in Baku in May. This virtual program was part of a series of workshops and consultations to strengthen IP in Azerbaijan, as well as focusing on rule of law technical assistance.
