On September 19-21, CLDP in partnership with the Timor-Leste Ministry of Finance hosted a workshop on Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Project Development. PPPs provide an innovative approach to developing infrastructure projects globally, by allowing for additional forms of financing.
The three-day workshop covered PPPs, the development of a credible pipeline, project identification, feasibility, project structuring and risk allocation, and procurement. Participants also participated in case study exercises to design their own public-private partnerships to apply the concepts they learned throughout the workshop.
