Following a workshop on international best practices for Advance Rulings program, CLDP will provide a one-week workshop, the week of January 28, 2024, for the Egyptian Customs Authority Advance Rulings Working Group designed to assist them in creating a process for an Advance Rulings system from beginning to end, including a tracking system.  The workshop will include presentations and discussion on all aspects of the AR process, from receipt of a request, to tracking the request, through issuance and publication of the AR.
