From January 24-26, CLDP and colleagues from the U.S. Departments of the Treasury, State, and Homeland Security, conducted a workshop on Sectoral Aspects of Investment Screening for North Macedonian government officials. The workshop, which focused on how investment screening laws and procedures interact with other regulatory processes, is part of a broader project to assist the North Macedonian government in drafting and implementing investment screening laws and regulations to protect local economic resources from malign investors.
