The OECD granted CLDP’s counterpart, Armenia’s Corporate Governance Center (CGC), the right to publish an official Armenian translation of the OECD/G20 Principles of Corporate Governance, as updated in 2023. On March 21, 2024, CLDP sponsored and participated in CGC’s launch and presentation of the official translation. International and Armenian experts and Armenian government officials presented the Principles, steps on implementing them, and the benefits of adopting them. Broader public and private adoption of international best practices in corporate governance in Armenia can attract greater investment and promote corporate and economic resilience and sustainability.
