From July 18-19, 2025, CLDP will host an arbitration training in Pristina in coordination with AmCham Kosovo’s Arbitration Center and Columbia Law School’s Center for International Commercial & Investment Arbitration. Tailored for the Center’s roster of arbitrators, this training will focus on best practices in adjudicating a commercial dispute, covering the whole lifecycle of a case from the initial request for arbitration to the drafting of a final, enforceable award. Promoting and improving arbitration mechanisms helps create an attractive investment environment by ensuring companies have access to quick, efficient, and fair dispute resolution mechanisms.
