From September 15-17, CLDP held a series of meetings with the three Montenegrin stakeholders in PPP management and implementation: the Montenegrin Investment Agency, the Directorate for Public Investments and Public Procurement Policy (part of the Ministry of Finance) and the Protector of Property and Legal Interests. CLDP identified the challenges each stakeholder faces while providing input on established best practice in the management and execution of successful PPP projects. CLDP is supporting US businesses that are interested in developing infrastructure projects in Montenegro by enhancing the regulatory framework for public-private partnerships.
