From January 26-28, in partnership with Georgetown University Law Center, CLDP conducted the in-person portion of its Infrastructure Contracts Certificate Course in Manila, Philippines. This was the seventh cohort to complete the course since the inaugural cohort in September 2023, and the third from the Philippines. The course is part of the Quad Infrastructure Fellowships Program to encourage successful infrastructure development and foster opportunities for foreign direct investment. 

The Certificate Course consists of seven virtual modules and in-person exercises comprising 120 hours of instruction on the drafting, financing, and negotiation of infrastructure contracts. The course was completed by 44 government officials from the Philippines Department of Transportation (DOTr), Public-Private Partnership Center (PPPC), Office of the Government Corporate Counsel (OGCC), Department of Economy, Development, and Planning (DepDev), Department of Finance (DOF), and the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG).
