David Gagnidze is an Attorney Advisor with the Commercial Law Development Program's (CLDP) Eurasia team. His portfolio primarily involves Alternative Dispute Resolution programming in the South Caucasus and Central Asia. Prior to joining CLDP, Mr. Gagnidze was an associate with Murray Osorio PLLC where he provided legal representation to clients before the Federal District Court for the District of Maryland, Executive Office for Immigration Review, and Maryland State Courts. Previously, Mr. Gagnidze was a senior staffer for American University's International Law Review, Student Attorney for the Community Economic Equity Development legal clinic, and a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society where he competed in international arbitration moot court competitions representing American University.

Mr. Gagnidze earned a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology with honors from Hamilton College, M.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Global Studies, and a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law. He was born in Tbilisi, Georgia and is fluent in Georgian. Mr. Gagnidze is admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland.
