In order to increase Bahrain's capacity for international commercial arbitration and to bolster commitment to economic liberalization, CLDP is collaborating with the University of Bahrain to establish an international commercial arbitration program focused on participation in an international arbitration moot competition. Working with CLDP advisors, the University of Bahrain selected students and prepared faculty advisors for their program. During this second stage of the program, CLDP conducted a training session for UB faculty and students on principles of international commercial arbitration, legal writing, research and oral advocacy.
