As the 3rd phase of a Judicial Capacity Building Program for Jordan, CLDP organized U.S.-based consultations in close cooperation with U.S. Embassy Amman, the Judicial Institute of Jordan, and MEPI for a delegation of judges from Algeria. The consultations focused on adjudicating business disputes, including meetings with several US judges with particular business court expertise including judges from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, the U.S. Court of International Trade, and New York State Supreme Court with particular expertise in business courts.
