Administrative Reform Study Tour

CLDP sponsored a one-day program of consultations for a delegation from Yemen that included Yemen's Minister of Civil Service and Insurance and the Minister of Finance. The day focused on state government and administrative reform and included an appointment with the Maryland Secretary of State, Mary Kane, and was a part of a greater study tour organized by the World Bank.
