Commercial Code Advising in Oman

CLDP sent drafting experts to Oman to work with the Oman Ministry of Commerce and Industry in order to revise Oman's commercial laws. In the area of company and electronic commerce laws, CLDP intends to introduce Bahrain examples to assist in the development of laws in Oman that comply with international commercial law standards. This regional commercial law development can in turn empower small constituencies and individuals to have the economic means to influence political reform.
