On November 16 -18, CLDP collaborated with the Nepal Bar Association to conduct a hybrid workshop on topics related to infrastructure finance. The hybrid workshop in Kathmandu gathered Nepali lawyers working on infrastructure projects involving private investment and debt financing and paired them with international experts making their presentations virtually. This workshop covered concession agreements, termination payments, and alternative dispute resolution. The hybrid program gathered 30 participants, identified by the Nepal Bar Association, at a centralized location in Kathmandu, with the presentations being conducted virtually by international experts. CLDP’s programming with the Nepal Bar Association is part of its ongoing technical assistance under the Infrastructure Transaction and Assistance Network.
