Adjudicating Business Disputes; Judicial Capacity Building Program for Algeria Phase III: Consultations in the United States

CLDP organized consultations in close cooperation with U.S. Embassy Algiers, and MEPI for a delegation of judges from Algeria. The consultations focused on adjudicating business disputes, including meetings with several US judges with particular business court expertise including judges from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, the U.S. Court of International Trade, and New York State Supreme Court with particular expertise in business courts.
