On March 5-9, CLDP conducted its annual Third Country Training Program (TCTP) course in partnership with Singapore’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Civil Service College along with an expert from the Federal Acquisition Institute and Office of Federal Procurement Policy . The course was built off of prior TCTP courses on public procurement and focused on how to build a sustainable public procurement training program.  The course was attended by 30 participants from ASEAN and provided an opportunity for ASEAN members to exchange their country experiences on the challenges in implementing public procurement and training new acquisition professionals.
