On January 11, CLDP, in cooperation with the Bahrain Judicial and Legal Studies Institute, International Dispute Resolution Specialists, and United Nations Commission on International Trade and Law (UNCITRAL), conducted a workshop on the provisions and value of the Singapore Mediation Convention. Mediation is a comparatively efficient mechanism for alternative dispute resolution and increasing the use of this tool will improve the time and cost for international companies to operate in Bahrain.
