CLDP in conjunction with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MOIC) conducted the first in a series of workshops for Parliamentarians in Bahrain to raise their awareness and knowledge of the principals of commercial law that support economic diversification, entrepreneurship, and trade liberalization.  With new commercial code, Bahrain has recently begun reforming its commercial law in line with international commercial law standards to adapt to the global economy.   CLDP  has begun discussions with Parliamentarians to adopt the principles laid out in these new draft laws and regulations and prove that they are beneficial to the Bahrain economy and should be adopted as law where legislative action is required.
