Bangladesh Line Ministries Basic Project Agreements Webinar

CLDP ran an introductory workshop on the basic project agreements that make up a PPP in partnership with the PPP Authority. The structure of a PPP is complex, and there are many project contracts with different parties and throughout the different phases of the project. Understanding the project agreements of a PPP can help in understanding the intricacies of a PPP project, hiring appropriate experts, negotiating terms of a project contract, and also in accurately measuring and understanding the costs of a PPP transaction.
