CLDP, in collaboration with the Bangladesh Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Authority, held a workshop on the PPP lifecycle for Bangladesh's line ministries. The objective of the workshop series was to build capacity within Bangladesh’s government ministries and authorities to promote best practices throughout the PPP lifecycle process and increase project viability. Session topics covered included the project tender and award process, contract management, and PPP monitoring and hand back best practices. The capacity building gained from the workshop series will improve PPP project development, increase project bankability, and attract foreign investment to Bangladeshi infrastructure projects.
