Bangladesh: Public-Private Partnership Authority PPP Project Timelines and Transaction Advisors

Participants from the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Authority and PPP-adjacent ministries convened in Dhaka to attend CLDP's workshop on PPP Project Timelines and Transaction Advisors.

CLDP presented to the PPP Authority of Bangladesh on two topics: Improving PPP Project Timelines and International PPP Transaction Advisors. During this half-day hybrid program, the first workshop provided an overview of the PPP process cycle and discussed how to navigate common bottlenecks in project timelines. The second portion of the program covered the hiring process for international PPP transactional advisors, advisory contracts, and best practices for screening advisors.
